Multi-year qualification is not guaranteed and cannot be extended if using a different cosigner.

For both the borrower and cosigner to be eligible for credit, their income, credit scores, and other important factors must be the same or better than when they originally applied.
If you had a cosigner on your initial application, they must also be included on the renewal application.
Per borrower ($180,000) and per family ($200,000) loan amount limitations still apply.
