Program Description

RISLA provides online access via SMS to credit applications for its RISLA Student Loan, RISLA Parent Loan, and RISLA Refinance Loan products.

How to Opt-In

Text JOIN to 24000 to receive a link from our automated system. By opting into RISLA’s Text Messaging Program, you agree to these terms and conditions and RISLA’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

How to Opt-Out

You may text “STOP” to 24000 to opt out and be placed on our internal list of numbers to which we will not send any further text messages.  We will send a one-time opt-out confirmation text message in response to your “STOP” text, after which you will receive no further text messages. You may also opt out by texting "QUIT," "END," "CANCEL," or "UNSUBSCRIBE." Opting out of credit application text messages will not opt you out of other text messages you may have elected or will elect to receive from us.

Delivery

We do not guarantee that you will receive the requested credit application text message. Circumstances beyond our control, including network issues, may result in your not receiving our text message. Your carrier and RISLA are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may revise, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when posted to RISLA’s website.  You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Program Termination

RISLA reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Program, with or without notice.
